Summary:
Have you ever thought about how being a therapist has affected most of your life? Have you peeled back the layered inner world that comes with our heightened sense of self and other awareness? While you may be the best at putting your "best self" forward because you have mastered coping and regulation skills, you may not be living true to yourself.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Address what exactly is the "Therapist Matrix".
  2. Get honest about where you are at in your inner and external world. (using an assessment tool I have created specifically for therapists)
  3. Learn some strategies to prevent burnout and ground yourself on what you really want to value in life.
